『VEGECAFE LOTUS（ベジカフェ ロータス）』は2011年に生まれた愛知県豊橋市のヴィーガンカフェです。
2025年リニューアルし、新しいコンセプトは『菜食×発酵』plant based & whole foods × fermentation。彩り豊かな旬の野菜と果物、伝統調味料を用いて、料理の知恵を絞り、動物性フリーでもしっかり満足できる旨みを日々追求しています。さらに発酵の力を借りて、胃腸への負担を軽減し、腸から身体を整えるアプローチを高めました。食からはじめる健やかな暮らしを、ロータスでぜひご体感ください。
私たちが提供しているメニューは、できる限りオーガニック（有機農法：農薬や化学肥料に頼らない農法）の野菜や食材を使用し、肉・卵・牛乳・魚介類など動物性食品を一切使わない「ベジタリアン」です。もちろん合成添加物、砂糖も一切使用せず、一つ一つ手作りしています。お砂糖を使わなくても、お菓子やアイスは甘く美味しく、そしてお食事もしっかりとボリュームがございます。そしてお腹いっぱい食べた後でも、胃にもたれにくいのがベジタリアンの特徴です。
地元の無農薬・無化学肥料で作られた旬のお野菜を使ったヘルシーなお料理を日々提供し、お客様がカフェの空間で「ベジタリアン＝菜食」を美味しく、そして楽しんでいただけることを第一に考えております。

VEGECAFE LOTUS is a vegan cafe in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, established in 2011.
Following a renewal in 2025, our new concept is “Plant-Based & Whole Foods × Fermentation”. We strive daily to pursue a satisfying depth of flavor, even without animal products, by thoughtfully combining colorful, seasonal vegetables and fruits with traditional seasonings and culinary wisdom. Furthermore, by harnessing the power of fermentation, we have enhanced our approach to support gut health, making our dishes gentle on the stomach and allowing the body to be rejuvenated from the inside out. We invite you to experience a healthy lifestyle, starting with food, right here at VEGECAFE LOTUS.
The menu we offer is entirely “vegetarian” (free from all animal-derived ingredients, including meat, eggs, dairy, and seafood). We use organic vegetables and ingredients (grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers) whenever possible. We strictly avoid all synthetic additives and refined sugar, preparing everything carefully by hand. Even without sugar, our sweets and ice creams are deliciously sweet, and our meals are satisfyingly voluminous. A key characteristic of our vegetarian cuisine is that it is easy on the stomach, even after a hearty meal.
We offer healthy dishes every day using seasonal vegetables grown locally without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our highest priority is ensuring that our customers can truly enjoy and appreciate “vegetarian = plant-based eating” within the comfortable atmosphere of our cafe.
